Hello,
A visit to Clifford Hill Gravel Pits on the main barrage lake at mid-afternoon provided views of at least three Little Egrets, eleven Wigeon, a Ringed Plover, a Black Tailed Godwit and a Wood Sandpiper. However earlier in the day another birder saw a Barnacle Goose, a Marsh Harrier and a juvenile Yellow-Legged Gull on top of that.
At 08:10 four Fieldfare flew over Scaldwell flying south-west. Calling in their characteristic chattering voice!
Regards,
Jacob
