Hello,
Yesterday was spent at Pitsford Reservoir which provided views of two Great White Egrets, five Red Crested Pochard, a Green Sandpiper. Also a Marsh Tit, few Siskin and three Ravens.
Today was spent at Linford Nature Reserve at a Ringing Session catching a massive total for the site of one hundred and eight birds. These included sixteen Great Tit, three Robin, forty two Blue Tit, ten Goldcrest, twelve Long Tailed Tit, five Blackcap and one of which from Portugal, three Chiffchaff, six Dunnock, four Kingfisher, three Treecreeper, two Wren, Reed Warbler and a Magpie. Birds
on-site were a few Siskin, few Lesser Redpoll and a Meadow Pipit.
